I am scanning eBay for watches so I can know whether the duty free is a good deal. Anyone know any online sources for duty free comparison shopping, particularly for watches?2
My bro bought a Breitling duty-free and he saved loads of dough, so DF is better value… I think he googled the watch he wanted and cross-compared across many sites to check… I do the same, and it always works

Slept about 10 hours in the last three days, got a day’s rest today, and then a 5am alarm to get to set for 6.30am for the new Keira Knightley film tomorrow in EC…somewhere, so chilling with my wine and a steak dinner for now

The crew on Hollywood productions are much more serious than other crews… it was a great day on set, and I was stood right next to some big names

Read the 1st 60 pages of everything must go metaphysics naturalized. Turks and Caicos/ 7.5 out of 10. Dominican republic 8. Curacao 10. Aruba 6.5. Get it together Aruba. Tomorrow lunch then another ship. The next morning key west, then on to cozumel. Back in Miami Friday morning. Wish be luck in the casinos.
And the best price I found on the watch was $1020 total. I think I can squeeze one out here for 7ish. I just have a feeling it’ll come to me.

I am copying spec sheets from an (online) PDF into word, so I can put it through a word>html automator so I don’t need to code charts using CSS, or do it manually with HTML (which is what the automator is for), even though CSS would be the more “code clean” way to do it over HTML.

Some boundaries aren’t worth pushing. Some people are just a waste of time. I’m marking the mock IELTS speaking tests that I gave my migration program (mainly asylum seekers) class at the weekend. This involves me listening to the ten minute recordings, taking copious notes and then typing this out into a report split in to four sections: fluency and coherence, lexical resource, grammatical range and accuracy and pronunciation. It takes me about 30 minutes per test, I have five more left and I have subsequently realised that (it being 9.23pm here already) I will not be able to make it to the pub tonight. Accordingly, I have opened a beer (“Hooten” - the cheapest beer in Australia that is drinkable, but it is surprisingly good) and given myself an hour (give or take) to post on ILP.
I have no evening plans now, a day off tomorrow, and my boyfriend is away for a few days, so I’ll probably do this until about 1 a.m. then watch some sort of movie (considering Resident Evil 5 or The Innkeepers) and smoke a few joints before turning in. That, or I’ll play Zelda Skyward Sword, which I bought a few weeks ago, if I do that I’ll probably be playing till daylight (addict), interspersed with the occasional porn movie.
This was meant to be just between us… now the whole of ILP knows

As long as those around me in my RL live up to my expectations and can deliver to the standards I want then I’m good, and it’s up to those on the www to be truthful about their lives or not… but then they’d be only fooling themselves in the fantasy of a world that they have created to exist in online.
Cool stuff dude… I need to learn Photoshop/Illustrator/HTML design etc. to get back in the ad-world job market, or think of another career path to take
