Shalom and Greetings
Newb here so please be gentle, I know a few of you are prone to guns and knives so…
The dawn of a new era surrounding our very own genetic code is imminent, already many malignancies are being edited out of our genome. Sure thing there might be a few issues we are still dealing with, but the field is expanding at an explosive rate, and truly the only factor stopping us is money. What I mean to say is that it took trillions to create the global health system you see now, replacing outdated archaic methods costs money, and by the time we have everything in place it too will be outdate.
Humanity is on the brink of an evolutionary leap, one which most of us on this forum will not see with their current eyes, but do not despair, your offspring will be more fortunate.
The Stars are beckoning, more and more science is resembling magic, myth and fact are coming to a point that they will be indistinguishable and all that is lagging is man’s propensity for individualism, based on a foundation of lies. Driven by hedonism and the need to be unique we are being led to a stale mate as we keep pushing that dopamine button in hope of another treat; who the freak put us in this shit maze anyway?
Don’t answer that. And please indulge my ranting.
Where was eye? Oh yes Crispr.
So get this: No Death, No DAATH, no Otherside, no getting old and cold, nothing but the endless void of our own heads. That would be good and well if it was any other Void, but no, we get to roam the cosmos like the undying lizards we will become, with Arch-Lizards dictating our every move. Forever.
Feckin splendid.
Is it me or does there seem to be a ‘Self destruct’ mechanism embedded into our very being in order for this specific thing not to occur? Is this what the Elohim meant when they said ’ …lest they eat from the Tree of Life and Live forever/become like Us’ Gen 3:22? Or was this just a metaphorical reference to a-priori knowledge concerning the Fruit of the metaphorical Quabbalistic Tree?
Finally I might post this topic twice as I am prone to pressing buttons.
