Well, the hay fever has mostly gone (see my previous thread) but I've stumbled back into a major dispute at work, which has been rumbling on and off for a long time. The company that runs the club I work for is classed as a care company so is exempt from sex discrimination regulations, allowing it to mostly employ women (presumably on the rationale that elderly people will only usually accept female care assistants). But it rents a sports pitch from the leisure centre, who are insisting that we drop this policy.
