New User Title Request Carleas

I want my username title to be changed to Special Commisar Joker please. Thank you in advance. 8)

Carleas refused my username title change, no surprise there. It would literally only take him two minutes or less to do. 8)

Sorry, the Rank Change Processing and Poll Review Department took a little longer than usual to file form F-U2, which delayed initial approval from the Second User Insight Taskforce, and ultimately delayed final approval from the Committee On Philosophical Orderliness, and as a result...

Nah, I just missed the request. Lo siento, change made.
User Control Panel > Board preference > Edit display options > Display signatures: No.
