the winner has not been called yet, as of 6:30 this morning...
just to be clear... but I can state that there are already winners
and losers in this election......so without any further ado

the winner:

the American people...despite all of it, democracy still works..
it is very imperfect and rather messy, but it does work....

Loser: polling.. for the second election in a row, the polling was bad,
really, really bad... I think polling has taken a major hit this election
and everyone involved needs to rethink their methodology...

winner: TV Networks.... who everyone has been focused on for days...
some individual networks did better then others, fox news worse for calling
Arizona as early as it did.... CNN for being very patient and calling stuff well
after everyone else did....

Loser: IQ45... a major loser in this election... during his last speech,
every single network cut away from it......

winner: the states that had their game on and counted the votes quickly
and properly like Fl...

Loser: states that are still counting.. Like what the hell is going on in Nevada?
ok, I can see a big state still having issues, but a small, dinky state like NV?
their total population is 3 million people...... the population of the San Francisco
bay area is over 7 million and we can get it done quickly...they need to rethink how
to get it done in NV.....maybe let the gaming industry take over counting...
it would get done like 12 minutes after the vote ends...

Loser: the political parties.... they have taken a hit this election...
the dem's failed in a big way to bring out it's people...
it is only the utter hatred of IQ45 that brought out the people to vote..
certainly nothing the Dem's did...

loser: the American people for voting for IQ45 hatred, violence,
the only violence this election has been done by the right to stop
the voting.. no surprise there...the complete failure of the American
people to condemn the vile nature of the GOP is a major stain on
the American people...and one that won't be washed away anytime soon....

use him as an example....

for example, that IQ45 won on election night...did he reach the required
270 EV on election night? no, dozens of states were still counting ballots
virtually no election is called on election... the last election, 2016,
the election was called a day later, not on election night....

rarely is an election called that night.. perhaps the Obama 2012 election
was because it was such a blow out.. but 2008 and even the 2004 and
especially the 2000 election wasn't called that night.. the 2000 election took
weeks to work out.. or stolen as we might say...
so under no scenario does the election get called the night of...
it just isn't possible to get 270 EV votes in one night....

so, the next point, fraud... point out where the fraud was committed..
and where.. this is where you have problems... fraud in Penn still doesn't
account for GA or Nevada or Arizona.. Ga and AZ for example are red states
with GOP Govs and state legislators...where is the fraud in those states?

and what about NV? where is the fraud there? that is the problem with your
conspiracy theories... it doesn't account for republican states.....

and the next point is that there are dozens of poll watchers at every single
site.. GOP and Dem's...your claim then would be that every single one
of those poll watchers were corrupt.. that would mean hundreds of
poll watchers would have been corrupt.. across a dozens of states...
that doesn't seem likely......

and any court case cannot go directly to the Supreme court.....
it must pass the State supreme court and then the state federal court
and then and only then can it hit the US Supreme court...you have
at least 3 levels of courts to get through before it hits the US supreme court..

and as of right now, the IQ45 law suits have all, ALL been dismissed by
various courts in several states... in several states....your conspiracy theory
can only work in one state whereas we have several states and no conspiracy
can engage in several states..... it just isn't possible....

the lesson we can learn here is that we can either hold on to our conspiracy
theories despite the evidence or we can learn to change and adapt to
reality.. to the incoming evidence that we can see with our own eyes....

UR is so involved in his own conspiracy theories that he cannot
see or become involved with what is really happening... he cannot
see reality or the truth... and that is the lesson learned.....

don't be UR... don't allow your own beliefs and biases to negate
reality....see the reality and then engage with your values.....

I suspect that we will hear from UR about his so called conspiracies
for the rest of time and every time, he will be coming from their own
value and beliefs instead of reality/truth.....

Trump seems to be getting little traction in the courts so far. His protestations seem to be mostly to save face. He hates losers and so he hates to lose lest he hate himself. And of course his followers, of whom there are many, will never believe that their demagogue demigod lost. Many are conspiracy-minded, and ignorant of how the system that they hate actually works. So they'll never believe that Trump legitimately lost. Trump's forte has always been stoking the fires of division. Biden has been calling for unity, and seems more temperamentally disposed to work for bipartisanship. But given the state of the nation after a term of trumpism, he's going to have a tough road to hoe.

Is it true that Trump hasn’t legitimately served four years in the eyes of the law because he was impeached in the House? Rumor has it that if a President goes through an impeachment process, his presidential term is not counted in the two term allotment which would mean Trump can still sit as President for eight legitimized(non impeached) years yet. If that’s true, that is exciting and Trump can continue as President as long as Dems impeach him each term.
