Pure and simple, people in dire straights need the money, some to avoid a meltdown with ultimate destination under a bridge near to a panhandling opportunity.

That's the game. And everyone is involved in the play, for the ultimate prize appears to be the next occupant of the White House, the New Rome of a crumbling ideologycal constitution.
The play consists of a pure and simple choice between the ideal state, playing the either/or game of this or that.
Whenceforth the Crumbling into a totally chaotic dis-seminative social atomism.
. An atomism where even Hobbs' social contract will become an appearent dissimulation.
That is what fiscal conservatism represent primae facie
That's Mc'onell for you, more worried about his paycheck then the general welfare.
Trump has almost attained near mythical status, as a rubberstamp, his increasingly vocal and emotional reversals, mirroring what he sees and interprets as the rising maelstorm all around him: Diagnosis: addicted to self serving borderline escapism into the near branded figurehead he has almost nearly become. Maybe a post script on a postscript.
Then Pelosi: turning witch like into a calculated mess, who balances Trump's uncertain self servience with her own self image of a do gooder.
Meanwhile back at the farm, everybody scratching their heads amid fears that some horrendous fire will reach 'em as well from californay or oregin ..... Well one good stroke of luck, the two bus sized meteors didn't come their way!
