For some reason I cannot taste the diced tomatoes in that chili so the taste fell flat but if your taste buds are in good shape, I’d love to know if what I invented actually tastes good so come and fill your bowl, chica.

Recipe please.

1/2 of 12 oz bag of California Medley frozen veggies
1 medium sized onion (diced)
1-15 oz can low sodium black beans (without seasoning and drained)
1-15 oz can diced tomatoes chili seasoned
1-8 oz can tomato sauce
8 oz. hamburger (sauté this in soup pan with diced onion first)
2 Tbs real crumbled bacon (Big Lots carries 20 oz bags. for under $12)
3 cups water
add salt, onion powder, and chili powder to desired taste
2 Tbs corn starch dissolved in 1/3 cup cold water (mix last and add to soup after soup has boiled gently for 30 min. to thicken soup)

Sauté hamburger and onions until cooked in large, deep soup pan
add all tomatoes
add black beans
add water
add bacon
add California medley vegetables
add seasonings to taste ( I always go crazy with the chili powder!)
stir and let boil gently for 30 min., stirring every so often
stir in cornstarch mixture, simmer for 10 min.
Enjoy!

I fail to see how the simple mischaracterization of a soup is any indication of pretentiousness on the part of the mischaracterizationer.

Chili con carne doesn’t have broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, or bacon. Yanks call it chili for short.

There is a California medley vegetable mix same as there are Japanese vegetable mixes. I buy these all the time. I was simply naming the different ingredients I added to my chili. Usually in the States, we use red beans and kidney beans instead of only black beans. Hmmm, I wonder how butter beans would taste? Next time, I’ll try those.

OKK!!!chilli concarne is one of my favourite dishes too, its really versatile you can eat it by itself or for breakfast or supper with bread or for dinner with rice or whatever...thats my type of kitchen to be honest...make a lot of something and add it to the quick to cook and mess free bases to add a taste dimension to your meals.

Tiramisu is in my top 5 desserts. Thanks for that video, two minutes of perfection. I don’t think I have ever tried Marzipan. A soup and a stroganoff combined? Sounds interesting.

Do you mean heavy whipping cream? It’s usually around $1.75. A pint of whole milk is around $1 but it’s cheaper to buy larger amounts.

Marzipan only has four ingredients? I can make that, easy. At the next family get together, I’m bringing marzipan.

Can you translate the soup stroganoff recipe?

ridiculously cheap...consider that in Europe, in some countries people make 4-10 times less and the costs is about the same, if not slightly higher.

my advice...make it oily brothy AND VERY spicy at the same time,,,the oil will help you handle the spice and it will be a flavor bomb

1 kg of pork loin u can use anything hard so it does not get mushy in the stew but meat is expensive in Poland
2 tablespoons of flour to coat the meat
300 g of mushrooms
4 onions
4-5 pickled cucumbers - I add more since they taste so good cooked
1/2 cup cucumber pickle - this did not translate it basically says pour half of a cup of that jar water into
1 red pepper
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp tomato puree 30%
2 liters of broth
2 bay leaves, balls of allspice, a few balls of pepper - this one did not translate properly. balls are the pre ground form of the spice
1 teaspoon of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of mustard
5 tablespoons of oil
flour to thicken the soup
100 ml of thick cream

Thank you. I’ll make this next month and let you know. Now in the video, she added something yellow, mustard?, to the pork before she added the flour. Any idea what the yellow concoction was? Mustard and egg mixture?

The US produces and processes a lot of food so that may be why it’s cheaper here. I live in the Midwest which is mostly farms with corn, soy, dairy cows, and meat(cattle, pigs, chicken).

Thanks again for your translation. I’m excited to make marzipan and soup stroganoff soon.

mustard and chicken broth and heavy cream. polish people don't do the runny french mustard but thick, mayo based spiced mustard with herbs and spices in little jars since its very strong. id sear the meat and the mushrooms way more than she did also.
as for marzipan...sorry for german but that's the idea...too good seriously!!!
