First, this was most likely either a warning (some guy/group making an announcement), or an arbitrary test explosion to see if the bomb they built, worked. The placement indicates that there was not intent to harm anyone.

Also, this guy/group isn't necessarily amateur because they have access to enough resources and materials to be able to build a bomb like that just for a test.

Any political motivation is yet to be determined, but a first guess would put the guy/group on the right (protesting the alleged election steal). The second guess would put the guy/group on the left (protesting rhe orange man's refusal to cooperate). The third guess would bring it back to the right. How many leftistists, besides the black citizens, are there in ten uh see? Six, seven?
