i am now on a new anti depressant : Escitalopram.
It made a huge difference for me.
The depression and negativity was very difficult.
The dr took me off of citalopram,
i was told because it was hindering my injection.
Drug reactions. One drug effecting the other's effectiveness.
I thought I could live without it.
But not really. I was on my way to a pit of dispare.
This antidepressant to me, as far as i can tell,
has a partial anti psychotic effect as well.
It tones down the negativity of the 'voices'
and mental phenominons.
I'm playing RuneScape again after a long break.
I also made spaghetti with pasta sauce, parma cheese, and alfredo sauce.
It is catelli smart pasta which contains veggies with the wheat.
That is an update about how things are for me.
I'm not sure if this would help you, but studies are showing that a KETO diet can be very beneficial for neuro-atypical people, or just people with various levels of mental illness.
It seems that the brain prefers to run using ketones as fuel. Actually so does the heart.
Humans are not naturally adapted to foods rich in protein and fat, whereas carbohydrates (at the level we eat them) are relatively new to the human diet.
To achieve ketosis you would have to stop the spaghetti and the sugar in all that sauce, and eat more fish, eggs, meat, nuts.
You would avoid "grain-brain", and have less mental fog by avoiding the carbohydrates.
I know when I switched to keto I improved my mental clarity.
