The wide awake club.. or, why are you still up?

The origins of the imperative, "know thyself", are lost in the sands of time, but the age-old examination of human consciousness continues here.

Starving.. an early breakfast is more than likely,
then back to sleep, atop the electric blanket.
_
Feeling a bit zapped from a long stroll around the ends
with a political pal, good thing my next workout isn’t until
Monday.. not feeling too bad otherwise. Endurance, increasing. :D

Ooh, I’ll be up to see the dawn.. it’s been a while.

Edited to add: I was up to see the dawn..

About this morning  lol

Forget Spring fever.. Winter fever is the new Spring fever.

Funny how I sensed MrR’s presence lurking round the boards for a very long while,
long before he had even started his posting marathon.. my Magsy senses are tingling.
..but ..then again, I’ve always been a very strange creature.

I have a very simple answer , it's to early to go bedy by since it's only 7 pm here on the West coast. Later I may have a better excuse, if I would wait up till 3, so that i could write into the 3 am forum . But I am not up to it tonight. Muse is not with me i feel it.

Fuelling up intermittently throughout the night.. some drinks.. swatting up on topics of interest.

Yesterday was a care-bubble party day.. hilare jokes, but might have overdone it. :|

Having had a tummy ache for the last few days and sleeping most of those days away,
I’ve now gone to the opposite end of the sleep spectrum, and am wide awake..

A plantain and courgette omelette and an XL black coffee, is keeping me going..

Wide awake again.. slept all day till late-evening, so no surprise there.

Having an XL black coffee, whilst watching early-aired Agatha Christie’s Poirot.

That’ll be your nervous system not quite working well enough, weakened by modern toxic foods.
I’m sticking with the advice for life now.. as it works, but still drink a morning coffee and white rum,
coz, like.. they don’t trigger my heartburn. Oh, and a nightly detox tea will help speed things up.

Search how to strengthen the nervous system, and try the recommendations.. worked for me.
The nightly heartburn was the real killer and final straw, that drove me to heal mine-self.
Whatever you do don’t take anti-acids, and sleep as upright as you can until it’s gone.

Oh.. and in the meantime, sip on some water, but slowly, to help with the burning from the acid.
