“Dub is a weapon.”

With time I have become slightly more partial to Tubby. Archetypical.

For all the princesses out there

Well, sounds like I should take it as a very weird kind of a compliment.

I don’t even know what dub is.
Looks like i am about to get an education.

I forget how sensitive one can be about a creation of one’s.

It’s not a compliment, or a diss. It’s just a comment on what it is about it that struck me so hard.

And about dub, I’m the first person I’ve met of this opinion but… I searched high and low for the hardest music that exists. In dub, I felt I found it.

Most people don’t btw. but it is responsible for 100% of what we consider modern music.

Omg the fucking album is over, no!

fuck

Listen, in a lot of ways, slavery was horrible. But slavery was already going on within Africa. And by it, Europe exploded Africa onto the world.

It’s like… there was a passage in The Prince, where Machiavelli relates an episode, I believe from the rise of one pope Alexander, where he designates a ruthless guy to eradicate some gangs in some place and hand him control of that place. After this was done, he had that guy quartered and his pieces spread around that place.

does this…

I can only celebrate the African diaspora, and I can only celebrate the destruction of its causers.

The original dubstep was much closer to the original dub.

Buncha English kids who started meeting dub figures who had made enough money to move to England and it blew their fucking minds. While punk rockers and metal heads were looking at reggae, dubstepers and rappers were looking at dub.

Don’t get me started phoneu, I’ll fill 5 pages with complete dub albums.

I am taking it as a compliment, goddammit.

Without question, the greatest llanera ever written. fittingly, it is based on a rap battle, or contrapunteo, that Simon diaz had impromptu with a kid.
