I have heard most of those songs a million times. But I have never heard them. He is showing me something altogether different than Williams, or Segovia, or Diaz, or however many other less remarkable ones I have heard. I can here truly judge each note, and measure the difference. I get both to enjoy this incredible interpretation, and get my mind blown all over again at just how goddamn good John Williams is.
