They’re making all kinds of jams now. Bacon, oxtail, who knows what’ll be next?
My first attempt at making (not eating) paleo sushi… it tasted way better than it looks perhaps I should stick to temaki/hand rolls, as they will always come out looking good by default.
Nori is so versatile, that I will now always have some in store, for making temaki and healthy broths with, as the nutritional levels are insane.
This lamb shank fell directly off the bone. The mousse had a blob of maple butter and a cookie in it.
…not one, but two… yes two home-made Organic beef-burgers, in gluten & dairy free rolls, with fried onions and a cranberry sauce relish.
Well… one for now, and the other for brunch tomorrow.

…an authentically constructed chicken curry… like what my father taught me, served up with rice and kidney beans. My presentation is improving exponentially… along with my health.

About last week…
A pan-fried lamb-shoulder steak, with sauteed courgette… the best part of the lamb IMO, as a slow cooker harbours more flavour - beef shin steak on today’s dinner menu.
