What's for dinner?

…all looks delicious MR, especially the mains/meat. What made you have the paleo dessert? and did it make you feel healthier than having the normal version?

I was getting coffee and it was at the counter, and I asked what it was. Then the hipster behind the counter started giving me like 100 adjectives like gluten free paleo free range cruelty free vegan and I just laughed and said, “I’ll take it”.

The food in this city has gone nuts. There’s a restaurant here that’s been nominated for most outstanding restaurant in the US by the James Beard Foundation for like 15 years straight and they finally won it this year. The competition has stepped up and so there’s delicious stuff to eat on every corner.

…then how very culinary-adventurous of you. =D>

…that could be dangerous… for one’s waistline. 8-[

I might have to replicate the oxtail jam, if I ever cook oxtail for guests… a novel way to serve a peasanty dish.

They’re making all kinds of jams now. Bacon, oxtail, who knows what’ll be next?

My first attempt at making (not eating) paleo sushi… it tasted way better than it looks  perhaps I should stick to temaki/hand rolls, as they will always come out looking good by default.

Nori is so versatile, that I will now always have some in store, for making temaki and healthy broths with, as the nutritional levels are insane.

Here’s some good stuff.

This lamb shank fell directly off the bone. The mousse had a blob of maple butter and a cookie in it.

…not one, but two… yes two home-made Organic beef-burgers, in gluten & dairy free rolls, with fried onions and a cranberry sauce relish.

Well… one for now, and the other for brunch tomorrow.

Anytime I have 2 of something, in my head I hear that Kevin Gates song, “2 phones”, except it’ll be like, “I got 2 burgers”

I count four… why’s man lieing?

…an authentically constructed chicken curry… like what my father taught me, served up with rice and kidney beans. My presentation is improving exponentially… along with my health.
