…all looks delicious MR, especially the mains/meat. What made you have the paleo dessert? and did it make you feel healthier than having the normal version?

I was getting coffee and it was at the counter, and I asked what it was. Then the hipster behind the counter started giving me like 100 adjectives like gluten free paleo free range cruelty free vegan and I just laughed and said, “I’ll take it”.

The food in this city has gone nuts. There’s a restaurant here that’s been nominated for most outstanding restaurant in the US by the James Beard Foundation for like 15 years straight and they finally won it this year. The competition has stepped up and so there’s delicious stuff to eat on every corner.

I might have to replicate the oxtail jam, if I ever cook oxtail for guests… a novel way to serve a peasanty dish.
