The Princess Bride

Not a bad movie, but a good romance? It’s so childish and fairytale-esque.

Taxi Driver

It’s the pirate’s endeavor to save Buttercup and be with her no matter the cost. His love for her helps him defy death…that’s romance.

I never understood why people loved that movie so much. I think it’s because I saw it for the first time when I was in college. I dunno, I guess I had a hard time appreciating all of its silliness.

Princess Bride does have Many Patinkin in it, though. He stars in the show Homeland, which is an awesome show.

And don’t forget Somewhere in Time.

Yes, a classic that one. A big, bad clown birdie has told me that I may possess a copy of that movie soon. Goodie gumdrops! Reeves’ character’s willpower reminds me of my own psychosis. #-o
