They can also be made from chicken or turkey mince… never seen a beef or pork version, but I’m guessing they can be made from any mince.

I have had many (light, not too late) suppers since my last posting, but tonight is a very late one of diced pan-fried chuck beef steak and macaronied-courgette… I won’t be waking up starving, as per. The rest will be for lunch or brunch tomorrow.
