lol yes, Caché warrants multiple viewings. I saw it 5 years ago. I want to watch it again, but it is a bit harrowing.
I actually re-watched Melancholia about 2 weeks ago. Gorgeously shot.

seen it roughly twice, didn’t much like it in any way. i couldn’t see anything redeeming in the time I spent watching it.
Love this movie.
True story.
Sean Penn is BRILLIANT as is Christopher Walken.
and the sound track
Having watched American Gangster last night… after having seen it way back when, it’s madness is still making me shake my head in disbelief today. An awesome watch, and a great way to escape reality for a while within the madness of the unfolding story and brash 70s getup.
Fight Club
When it was advertised on tv it looked stupid. I judged it wrongly, by a lot.
Someone other the author runs the author’s website and it called, The cult.
cool thread, btw.
The Big Lebowski
I heard people get together for Lebowski parties, dress like their favorite characters. And a lot of people go as the Jesus pervert bowler.
Sounds fun, and way better than the shitty Eurovision Song Contest parties people throw here and all across Europe… I can thankfully say I’ve never been to one. Too cheesy for me…
I’m watching 22 Jump Street at the mo… not really cult, but really funny. I’ve been watching ‘funny’ today… I think I need the reprieve
Jonah Hill is awesome. “Mumford and sons”
Lost Highway
As of today, this becomes my favorite (would-be) cult flick:
Trilogy of Terror (1975)
Lost Highway
I am still trying to figure it out!
That “Lost Highway” looks real interesting trailer-wise. It’s on my must see list. Still haven’t seen “Jules et Jim.”

Sphinx (Frank Langella is intensely captivating as always. ) The trailer is horrible, the movie is great. crossing heart I promise.
