Soccer is the first sport that isn’t focused on winning, or even scoring, but just aimlessly fucking around. You litterly just run around a bit on the grass, kicking a white ball. It is intellectually less challenging than a pinball machine. They place the bar for playing very low, as long as your able to job slowly, without serious injury, you can play.
I honestly wonder how long I could play in the major leagues without ever getting near the ball before someone notices I never do anything but run back and forth, but mostly just stand there. If the ball came near me, just like, kick it away towards someone else. Crowd goes “wooooooooooooooooo!!!”.
Have you ever seen videos of soccer stadium crowds going nuts, collapsing the stadium? Funniests shit ever, as far as disasters go.
