I’m a big Movie buff and lists like these suck and are never accurate. Pi was an awesome movie, outstanding. It was The Da Vinci Code without religion and high off weed!
Mullholland Drive and anything else by David Lynch always hit the spot!
Fight Club was a masterpeice.
and you can not deny anything done by Julia Roberts. Pretty Woman, I must admit, is a movie I can’t get enough of. My scene is when she goes into the store where they denied her service. She was looking all Jackie Kennedy like and asked the lady if she worked for commission.
The lady answers yeah, and Julia, acting like the biggest thug goes, “big mistake, BIG!” and flinches at her. Oooh classic!
I’m a bigger Al Pachino fan. Scent of a Woman, THE GODFATHERS, Serpico, Devils Advocate, you know it.
It was not quite a parody, just a marriage of odd ideas that mock the Bruckhiemer type films.
Do you really think that Taratino, the man behind Pulp Fiction (which was made to be somewhat serious) would EVER use the term: “Deadly Viper Assassination Squad?”
I loved kill bill but for me the second ranks way higher than the first…i love the way there’s so much humour in the way its shot rather than just in the words or acting.
Johny Depp in pirates of the carribean…aw!..legend!
Apocalypse Now
Zorba the Greek
Breakfast at Tiffany’s
the GI Joe Movie
Red Sorghum (an awesome chinese movie)
The Comittments
Gangs of New York (for its content, the script is kind of ho hum)
City of God (about the Brazilian Gangs)
Amores Perros
