Juno

The strongest son of Odin, Juno wanted to rule the world by his mitre. But a cherub spoke to him and said: 'Sorry Juno, you are not big and tall enough to do that. You are too small.'
Enraged, Juno smashed his fists n the ground and made the world flat.

Are you referring to Kim Jong-un?
"Do not be influenced by the importance of the writer, and whether his learning be great or small; but let the love of pure truth draw you to read. Do not inquire, “Who said this?” but pay attention to what is said”
