yesterday's 2018 election

Postby Peter Kropotkin » Wed Jun 06, 2018 6:23 pm

OK, the village idiot we know as IQ45
was on twitter excited about the vote in California....
because a republican was able to get into the
fall election.....now I should explain,
California has what is called a "jungle primary"
which means regardless of party, the top two
candidates move to the fall election....

some GOP clown made it against Newsom...
former mayor of San Francisco...… but what IQ45 failed
to mention, probably because IQ45 is dumber then dirt..
is the fact, that so many democrats ran for office that it split
the vote and this allowed the GOP candidate to make it....
come Nov. Newsom will win this race by 10 or more points unless
Newsom does something really, really, really stupid.....
in the other races, Lieutenant Gov and treasurer, the Dem's
did pretty well... having a spot in all the major state
races....I would think the dem's will continue to hold these
spots in the Nov election... the dem's hold all the major state
offices right now and have for a few years....

the one spot that I was not happy about was the fact that
Feinstein won handily..... she is 80 plus... I would like to
have her go away, but one can't have it all....
she crushed her challengers, so she should win easily in nov.…

so all in all, at least in California, the dem's easily outran
the GOP.....and that trend should continue well into the future.....

Sure, maybe.

But I still recall back when Bill Clinton defeated George H.W. Bush in 1992, a number of liberals were pointing out that, demographically, America had turned the corner. The Democrats were certain to be the dominant party well into the future.

Then came the 1994 mid-term elections. Remember that? The Gingrich Revolution? Then the election of George W. Bush by the conservative Supreme Court?

On the other hand, folks like you still embody the rather comforting notion that win or lose only our side actually deserves to win. Then cue Uccisore for the rebuttal.

Whereas my own liberal bent these days remains but an existential contraption rooted in particular political prejudices rooted in dasein and conflicting goods.

But, sure, let's not go there.

Again.

K: as I have pointed out, more then once, I believe
that conservatives and the GOP specifically, is based on
notions that cannot be held because they damage and hinder
the system we call America.......for me, it is less that
the specific party, the democrats, then it is about
the thinking behind the party... the principles, as it were.....
Is the democrat party infallible? nope, it too has problems,
real problems, but given the choice between fascism
and the democrats, I will take the democrats every time...

it is the underlying principles that I look at...
not the specific party.... if I had my druthers, I would
create a third party, closer to the Green party to fit into,
but once again they have issues also....but the reality is,
if I could undo the party system, I would.. instantly...
I think the party system has lead us to many of the issue's
and problems we face today... but having no choice outside of the
party system, I must work with it..even while having issues with it....

the democrats believe in freedom and justice while the conservatives
believe in security... I have already stated my concerns with opting
for security over justice.....so it is not about party itself, but
with the ideology the party has.....but one of the things I am working
for is the day when we no longer have ism's or ideology.. just people
trying to solve a problem without resort to the myths, habits, ism's,
biases, prejudices and superstitions that people are indoctrinated with
from childhood....but we can only travel so far in such a short period of time
and I continue my battle for the day when we reject authority and ism's,
but that day isn't today... and so, I root for the underlying principle's,
which means I root for the democrats....if the GOP had any underlying
principles beyond money and power, it sure isn't evident.. they have sold
their soul for a few bucks.. republicans are really just whores with nicer
clothes...…..and IQ45 is the biggest whore of them all.... money is his
religion and purpose in life... he has no other religion.....and no other
reason for existence outside of money... which is why the GOP is now
IQ45 party....the party exists for the sole purpose of getting money and power...
it has no other reason for existence....the new GOP motto, party over country...

I would like to see Howard Schultz or Bernie Sanders as president in 2020.

The oppressive white power structure needs to be destroyed.

California has the right kind of progressive ideology of politics in mind. We need to have open borders in order to brown America of all its whiteness. Mexicans make good slave wage labor....err.. I mean they are hard workers to be highly valued.
The temple mount will be rebuilt in Jerusalem and all the nations of the world will be ruled from there. All races, cultures, leaders, and nations will come to bow before the new messiah yet to come. All will come to know the chosen of God who refer themselves as Jews. For every Jew there will be a thousand goyim that will be their slaves as it was ordained by God. Every man, woman, and child will convert to Zionism.
