So yeah.

Flynn came clean and told that Trump didn’t have anything to do with Russia.

So… Kroppie, when are you falling on your sword?

Oh right lefties don’t have swords.

Trump requested nothing illegal. And Flynn is merely giving in to very expensive extraordinary persecution not applied to prior officials.

Flynn was more than likely persuaded with a deal he couldn’t refuse by the Mueller team.

We all know this (we who are sane); we know that much of the resistance against Trump after his election has been entirely criminal and amounts to Treason. What is funny is that with all this investment to destroy the country, the country is pretty resilient. Trump is improving the world with great strides even as a 20 trillion dollar syndicate of the worst evil is set against him.

Don’t you guys get it? President Elect Trump met with Russian officials to discuss policy matters! He met with them! Don’t you get it? How can you be ok with this?! President Pence, here we come!

delusion and ignorance is strong in this thread…

this is barely the first act of a 5 part play…

wait another 6 months and then tell us how wonderful IQ45 is and
how wrong we were…

Kropotkin

Haha
according to Assange, we will be looking at Pence/Cotton 2020.
I dont think any Conservative is going to vote for that couple though.

Peter, please stick to threads where it says “no reading zone”. It is frustrating to deal with someone who responds to posts and articles without reading them. I know it is taxing on your brain, but come on man. You can be a Socialist without obeying Pol Pot entirely. Or maybe not.

Basically all Democrats with a semblance of a heart are mortally ashamed of having voted for the unspeakable child-cooker, now that even some newspapers are figuring out that they will lose all their readers if they dont speak a shred of truth.

usatoday.com/story/opinion/ … 895853001/

In this mortal shame, Democrats reach for even the flimsiest illusions about their opponent, how he is a bad person, because that would somehow redeem their vote for an absolute monster.

This absolute monster has SOLD AMERICAN URANIUM TO RUSSIA, but Forbes says it doesn’t matter because it wasn’t even as much as it could have been. And of course this is far less significant than Flynn talking to a Russian.

Lol.

K: me thinks thou protest too much…and we all know what that means?

Kropotkin

DNC could give that ticket a bump by nominating Elizabeth Warren.

In other words, the only way in which Peter can demonstrate that he has in fact read the posts and articles is to share your own political prejudices regarding them.

Ironically enough [from time to time] his own advice to you.

There’s a word for that by the way.

Sure, spin Flynn to coincide with your own self-righteous ideological bent. And then hold in contempt those who embrace that other ideological bent.

But, come on, the liberals are sharpening their knives. Your boy is going down.

On the other hand…

slate.com/articles/news_and_ … ve_us.html

If you sharpen a knife long enough, it gets worn down to a little nub. Just sayin.

Okay, but how is that not applicable to both liberals and conservatives?

The thing about Flynn and Trump is the extent to which they really do embrace an ideological agenda – or are just using it in order to sustain that which they perceive to be in their own best interest.

In other words, “Show me the money!”

Indeed, show some men the money and they are likely to play their “base” for the suckers that they may well be.

It all revolves [for me] around the extent to which religious, political and philosophical agendas become more or less psychological contraptions. Again, here, it’s not so much who is right and who is wrong but that right and wrong are clearly discernable by “one of us”.

It’s the comfort and the consolation embodied in Certainty that propels them through the days.

This thing: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=185296

“I” an existential contraption? No way!!!

Indeed, the liberals really are morons, aren’t they?

Guys guys, many people are missing the most important point. Conservatives colluded with Russians. Liberals colluded with Russians. The Russians are bringing the country together!!! Bipartisanship at its finest!!!

Америка!!!

World is on the verge of war, global markets are reaching a melt up, and possible political coup in the United States. What’s not to like?

I’ll say this, at this point the United States is politically fractured down the middle but neither side gives a damn about the majority of the population when it concerns mainstream Americans.

I think what’s going on is the United States is becoming bankrupted and our influence around the world is diminishing where the elites of the country are arguing amongst each other wondering what the next move is in the new reality. The country of course is becoming very lawless and soon everything will revolve around lawlessness.

The United States is the new Roman empire and Washington D.C. is the new Rome. While Rome burns everybody starts playing the fiddle.

More to the point, in the world of crony capitalism, both liberals and conservatives [in Congress and in the White House] collude in order to sustain a global economy that revolves far less around the spread of freedom and democracy and far more around scrambling to secure 1] cheap labor 2] markets and 3] natural resources.

Folks like Trump envy the Putins because crony capitalism in Russia is now for all practical purposes state capitalism. It is entirely authoritarian. The “people” become less and less a factor.

It is really rather amusing to tune into the talking heads at MSNBC and hear them babble on and on and on as though the Clintons and the Obamas really, really do approach American foreign policy in a far more noble manner.

Still, if Trump actually did collude with Putin to upend the Clinton campaign, that does take things to a whole other level.

Right?

Then it becomes amusing to tune into the talking heads at Fox News and hear them babble on and on and on as though this could not possibly be true.

And, besides, even if it is true, what’s that got to do with the new tax legislation.

Trump controls several orders of the power that Putin controls. The price of that is that he also has to deal with serval orders the resistance. So his control isn’t as direct and firm as Putins, but it has much more consequence. Trump isn’t in a position to envy anyone. He has given Putin what Russia will always be willing to make war for: border security to the west, an end to the direct standoff with NATO. As a consequence the Russians are letting him do as he pleases with Iran and Syria.

I suppose the term “fool” can be applied to anyone who doesn’t share your values. I would call that foolish use of the word “fool” but that is my take on it, and it doesn’t really matter in this case. What matters is what is being done and what is happening.
