The Universe being Fractal in nature,
based on Atom/Galaxy iteration,
it will, indeed, appear to be divided
into many universes at every level.
Those 'universes' would be discrete
entities such as organisms.
You or I are a 'universe', according to
the people in one of our atoms.

There is only one Universe. It is
infinite in extent and in local
complexity.

Those galactic discs and atomic discs not only
rotate- they also precess at
twice the rotation ( 1 : 2 ):

and the photons released
are rotating discs that only precess at
the same as the rotation ( 1 : 1 )
while travelling along the axis of
