The entire past, the sum of all nurturing, the totality of stresses, experienced, endured, to bring about a type, can be diluted, destroyed with a careless choice.
Like stalagmites created over thousands of years can be easily destroyed in a matter of hours, so too can an inheritance, the sum total of all that produced a population group's traits, can be eradicated in a matter of a few generations of careless mating; every trait that contributed to the population group's survival, every near-extinction condition it endured to bring forth specific physical and mental traits, obliterated in a few generations of sheltering comfort.

The writing is on the wall...

Nurture v. Nature is not a debate at all.
It's more of a behavioral adjustment debate, where social rules are put into place to raise the lower and put limits on the higher, to create the illusion of parity.

---Behavioral rules that also include thinking behaviors, and called politeness, civility, political-correctness, etiquette...and so on.
We must never think the unthinkable, and if we do we must never speak of it.
To speak of it is an act of aggression - violence. Any time someone is hurt the cause of this hurt, if it is part of the unthinkable and unspeakable, is an intentional act of violence.
Raising children to behave/think within specific limits may create the illusion of parity but it does not correct the natural fact that each child is born with different potentials in all traits characterizing the human being

---Shared access to information means that all of human wisdom, considered proper, good, useful, is accessible to all, no matter who the source is.
The propriety of the data relates to the previous point.
Because this collection of human insights - no matter which race it comes from - is accessible to all, then all become representatives of it by learning it. The learning of data and its religious repetition also creates the illusion of parity.
Collective unconscious (Jung), coupled with collective conscious, and we have a collective hive-mind, where each member is but a representation of this collectivity.
All knowledge requires an average mind to be learned, on a very basic, practical level, and so all knowledge which can be learned becomes an equalizer within this collective.
Disparity can now be explained as a product of focus.
It's not that the particular members inherit a different potential to learn, and to think, but that they are not all interested in the same subjects, so men excel in mechanics not because of a genetic reason but because females are not interested in the subject.

This is partially true:
Specialization is the focus of aggregate energies upon an object/objective, but this focus, although it gives a superiority in that area, does not contradict the idea that different potentials are inherited.
It only means that with synergy an advantage can be gained in one area by an organism inheriting inferior potentials. It does not mean that potentials are equal.

---The conditions and conditioning that produced the potential in one trait is diluted with race-mixing.
A different advantage might be produced by this mixing of genes, but the particular environmental effects, in time, that produced the particular traits will be regressed.
Sheltering may atrophy a trait, where it is not developed its fullest, but mixing dilutes the inherited factors that produce the potential for the trait.

---Each species evolves the mental and physical traits required to take advantage of its specialized niche survival strategy.
This produces different types of species, in time.
The human trait that differentiates our species from all others is the mind.
The mind is the quintessential human specialized survival tool.
Not speed, not strength, not flight, not durability, not longevity, not reproductive prowess...but the brain.
Homo homo Sapient...the "wise man".
Any decline in wisdom is a reversion to a lower, more primal, state of being - primate.

My plan Apaosha, was to make all geniuses or genius types to be specially buried or put in a state of stasis.

I don't know if you are a man of power, but if you are a man of power you must make it so. Make it so geniuses or genius types are never cremated, but specially buried so that we can clone them and preserve their DnA.
God is dead.

I agree that there is physiological differences in races and ethnicities to small degrees but that measurement of intelligence is all rather superfluous.
Civilization is a ship of fools headed to a one way destination of catastrophe and annihilation, its many captains populated by asshole-idiots that all agree it is unsinkable.
