Observational Exercise

We exist in a multidimensional continuum. As Einstein pointed out in his Nobel Prize winning Special Theory of Relativity all time exists now. What we consider to be spatial time is actually our perverted glimpse of an existing landscape of all time. Albert Einstein scaffolds his theories with science and framed his compassion with the expression that his theories of time and space would only be useful when the waitress that served him his coffee could also understand his concepts.

With that in mind I give you a two dimensional concept of a three dimensional expression that can affect your existence in our four dimensional world. This is an observational exercise that when practiced correctly provides wide ranging and unexpectedly positive, life changing results. The more this exercise is applied correctly during your day the more beneficial life changing insights you will experience. A worthy goal could be to eventually be able to practice this self observational exercise every waking moment of every day. Do not at all be concerned with the expression of your results of this exercise. Continue to let the moment happen.

Picture a solid blank wall or wafer that is slowly being engulfed by a gradually rising pool of water. There is no upper end to the solid wall nor are there any noticeable edges to the gently rising pool of water. As the solid wall meets the water the wall disintegrates and dissipates into the immediate liquid. The wall represents our concept of time moving towards us. The pool represents our reality at this moment with the infinite, continually changing intersections of this world, all of our possibilities in this land of confusion.

Just as archerfish near the surface of their liquid reality are able to project their watery discharge on a soon to be meal, we are able to envision the ever approaching wall of our visualized future. In an attempt to make sanity out of the uncontrollably changing fluidity of our reality, we project images, written and spoken words, dreams, wishes, and art onto the immediately approaching surface of the wall. The exclusiveness and faux firmness of our fantasized wall temporarily gives our thoughts and projections an unattainable solidity within the murky, uncontrollable waters of our life below. The estrangement of our projections from our reality kills them immediately yet the possibility of the temporary clarity and focus of our projections blinds us beneath a wheel of repetition. In fact, all of our life’s purpose is directed toward the developing, remaking, and reexamining death in the form of our projections upon the wall of the immediate present and future. We know nothing else. To move in any other direction does not and cannot make sense to us. In this way we are like ants and bees.

Cease the projections within our immediate reality; strengthening our ability to experience our moment to moment reality is the purpose of this self observational exercise. As far as thought and language are concerned react only to immediate surroundings. Our projections are always false, they are dead and they are unnecessary. Yet we spend our entire life, day and night, projecting within the moment towards a future that will not ever exist in the intersections of our reality.

The practice of this exercise does not inhibit present or future obligations. The recognition and stopping of all unnecessary projections is the actual self observational exercise. The results of the continued and escalating exercise will help you work out more intently and more often. In addition, a totally new perspective of what you consider life to be will naturally grow within you.

The more you practice this exercise the more self observational strength you will develop, which will precipitate the possibility to practice this exercise more often and more correctly.

Super healthy mental, physical, and emotional benefits will come to you at unexpected moments, at first, just as a burst of clarity and a brief peace.

Later, your whole life will change in a natural, slow indescribable frontier that will become the most important, time changing event of your life.

This simple, singular self observational exercise gives the appearance of detachment from your thoughts and what you know now to be considered self.

The songs, conversations, fantasies, and theories that occupy each of our moments are completely useless, dead; they lead nowhere and are a distraction from the real gift of
experiencing reality.

Our time does not develop. Our future does not unfold. There are no new dynamics.

My thesis for this thread:

There is an exercise of self-observation that can help us understand characteristics of the fourth dimension; time.
