the question becomes one of, what is the right thing to do?
this becomes a question of morals and ethics, which is rightfully
philosophy… the question of values, the question of why?
Conyers resigned, Franken resigned, Weinstein resigned…
IQ 45 is still president and Moore continues to run and their
allegations are far more severe then anything Conyers or Franken faced…
so what is the right thing to do?
what is the stem failure of each of these people?
one of greed… of thinking their needs outweighs other people needs…
putting their own needs ahead of everyone else… is Gordon Gekko’s
motto of “Greed is good” actually the right thing to do?
for greed takes many different forms and includes putting one’s needs
ahead of everyone else needs… greed is not only monetary but
sexual…how does one justifying putting oneself first over other people?
by some outdated formula of self perseveration?
for self perseveration is nothing more then instinct, instincts like
anger and violence and hate… the lower base instincts of the animals…
are those really the path into the future? following base instincts of the animals?
for those who can control the instincts, the violence, sexual and otherwise,
the hate, the anger…those who can control their instincts become
closer to who they are, closer to what is possible for the human being…
the journey to humanity is a long and rocky one… with many missteps
and failures… becoming aware is just step one, it is not enough
to know, theory, but one must act upon that knowledge… action…
and to sexual abuse someone is not rising up to becoming human but
lowering one down to the level of the animals…
that is why the dem’s reaction is of greater value then the GOP’s…
for the GOP, condones and accepts these lower values of the animals,
the greed and anger and hate and violence…
the higher value of accepting responsibility and making some
action in atonement, to acts of the lower instincts, is the right thing to do…
we are human beings and we make mistakes… how one reacts to one’s
mistakes is the sign of becoming human… we accept responsibility and
we become closer to becoming a human being… we understand that we failed
and vow to end the failure is a sign of growth of being a human being…
as opposed to the GOP answers to sexual abuse…
blame the victims and deny all responsibility…
which response is the right thing to do?
the dem’s or the GOP?
