Today my facebook page exploded with right wing stuff…
like they have a set number of post they have to send out every week
and on Wen. they release the new material gather from Faux news…
anyway, I have a cousin who is rabidly right wing… she lives in one
of the Dakotas or maybe Wisconsin, I don’t know, anyway, she sent
this out this morning and I copied it verbatim…
Who are Trump supporters…
We hate liberal ideology
We want Obamacare repealed
Hillary belongs in Prison
we are sick of political correctness
we are fed-up with corruption in D.C
we want a wall on our border
we want jobs back from overseas
we want a “strong” military again
we are tired of illegal immigrants
we like the fact that he is self funded and owes no favors
we want ISIS eliminated, not contained…
we want our vets taken care of…
I will answer each of these
We hate liberal ideology: to the point of demanding liberals
move elsewhere or be killed… as if the country problems are
the result of liberal ideology… what they fail to understand is
that even if you could somehow eliminate liberals, the problems you
blame on liberals won’t go away because the old standard of blaming
a group or a religion or an ideology as the “cause” of certain set
of problems isn’t valid…if you want improve society, begin by
improving yourself… the battle lies within you to create a better
society… it doesn’t lie out there in some imagined group or religion,
the Germans tried the exact same thing with the imagined dangers
of the Jews and look at the end result… Millions dead, a several
counties left in ruins and the supposed problems didn’t go away
because the Jews were never the problem in the first place…
attacking Liberals is exactly like attacking the Jews and is no
closer to solving the problems allegedly cause by the group in question…
Just as if the Liberals blamed the conservatives cause all this country’s
problems and by simply making the conservatives go away, will solve
those problems… it won’t…and blaming will not make the problem
go away… it takes work and effort and the combine effort of
everyone involved to solve problems, but more importantly
it is about looking inside of yourself and fighting the battle of making
the world better within yourself… that is the battle to become
more human…
We want Obamacare repealed: so how do you solve the problem of
medical bills being so expensive as to cause millions of people financial
hardship and even bankruptcy? the prior system had failed… it was
as simple as that… and without Obamacare we have no solution
outside of letting millions suffer from simply being ill… do you want
to return to the days of one major medical illness causing
people to go bankrupt? is that really the solution you are advocating?
if letting people going bankrupt and even dying because they don’t
have medical insurance, is really what you want, then you really are
a conservative and may as well change your name to Scrooge…
Hillary belongs in prison: with out due process and without any evidence?
is that a system you really are advocating? We just put people in prison
without trial or evidence, simply based on political ideology, we jail people?
this type of mentality is part of the problem… wanting to punish without
evidence and without due process… Personally I would love the right
wing to attempt to try her and see the seven different types of hell that
would bring into the country… because banana countries, third world countries
put political adversaries into jail simply because of political ideologies…
We are tired of political correctness:
so we can call people names and bully people and attack
who they are and what they believe in and who they love?
is this really the answer? what is your solution for bulling and
verbally attacking people? make laws? scold them harshly?
do you want a society that allows people to have self esteem
and dignity and peace of mind or do you want a society that
allows those things to be taken away by bulling and verbally attacking
people? what kind of society do you want?
We are fed up with corruption in D.C:
so am I but the answer is not Da Fuhrer…
the answer lies in getting money out of D.C,
the answer lies in term limits…
the answer lies in campaign reform and the answer lies in
electing honest people… don’t like what is happening?
I suggest you get involved and make it happen…
instead of hoping some strong man will end corruption…
Hitler ended corruption but at the price of liberty and freedom
and many, many lives… what is the price you are willing to pay
for the end of corruption?
We want a wall on our border: and this will magically make our lives
safe and create jobs and we can live happily ever after? No, no it doesn’t
work that way… the path to make our live safe and create jobs and the
ability to live happily ever after is not out there, in some imagined
immigrant who is stealing your job and your money and your car…
no, the battle to make us safe and secure lies inside of us…
we cannot create the society of our dreams until we know and
understand what the goal is first… we must create a path, a means
to our goal and then we must execute those plans… building a wall
is a simple minded attempt to solve a problem that isn’t a problem to
begin with…it is a manufacture problem created by people who
want to scare you and get you to vote a certain way and believe in
certain things for their benefit, not yours… building a wall
will cause far greater problems then it will pretend to solve…
