Legal Philosophy

I found a really interesting bunch of introductory essays here.

I just kind of stumbled onto this, I’ve read them a little bit, but not enough to have a serious discussion. I had kind of thought up a little aphorism, something like “all differences of kind are in the final analysis differences of degree”. I was looking up that kind of thing to maybe see what’s already been said along those lines. I was a bit surprised (though I shouldn’t have been) to find such well thought out philosophy discussed in essays about law.

The website I linked is kind of hard to follow. Click on the arrow at the left in order to keep reading.

If it’s too confusing let me know and I’ll post the essays as all separate links.
