I found a really interesting bunch of introductory essays here.
I just kind of stumbled onto this, I’ve read them a little bit, but not enough to have a serious discussion. I had kind of thought up a little aphorism, something like “all differences of kind are in the final analysis differences of degree”. I was looking up that kind of thing to maybe see what’s already been said along those lines. I was a bit surprised (though I shouldn’t have been) to find such well thought out philosophy discussed in essays about law.
