Hanukkah

It seems like Hanukah is a celebration of the victory of Judaism over Hellenism, in which Hellenism was vilified when Jews started converting to Hellenic beliefs. Am I correct?

(Vilification of Hellenism. From the mudswamps of Hella link):

In broader terms, it seems to celebrate a victory of superstition (irrationality) and faith over reason.

That quote doesn’t make any sense.

What are they even saying exactly? That they don’t like sex and science? What about Einstein and porno’s though? Although Einstein said he didn’t identify as Jew, so idk.

Signifies moral superiority of Judaism over Hellenism?

So, it appears that the element of humanism has to be one of the key components, or coming out of ‘supra-natural’ source (i.e. manmade ideal). Come to think of it, it’s quite an ambitious and egotistical perspective, compared to Hellenism, which appears humble and unassuming in comparison (despite all the accusations of its snobbery and forced elitism).

I would say both are immoral. Jews believe in a religion that states that jews are the master race and that us goyim are inferior and to be either genocided or made slaves.

Hellenics were too busy genociding each other to genocide anyone else. I got nothing against teenage boys who want to be transsexuals. But forcing a teenage boy to dress in drag just to suck your nuts is just wrong. Unless its totally consentual. But brainwashing them to do it is the same as rape, which is I think what Ecmandu was talking about earlier. Like if its a society that gives gold to teenage boys who turn into fags its the same as rape, because peer pressure is rape when it comes to faggotry. Its like if a teenage boy wants to jiggy with an adult female that is acceptable. But if a teenage boy was raised on a city of only fags and peer pressured to suck dick to be cool, that is peer pressure rape.

I think the two will always exist as parallel worlds, side by side. But the subversive humanist ideology is fundamentally a slave in its relation to nature, so its rule is destined to be sporadic and temporary. And one may destroy the peoples or nations (on both sides), but not the forces that created them, because these are ‘constants’ existing independently of human creations. And I think deep down man knows it, but chooses to play pretend instead.

There is an element of humility to nobility, as well - but not to a man-made concept, as with Muslims, which functions as an imitation of the original behavior, in a corrupted form - perhaps a softened and simplified, or a more civilized version.

No doubt that the idea of justice/injustice has played a big role in this from the beginning of civilizations. But I don’t really see any real humility present in Judaism, if perhaps only to their wounds. And yes, I could say that they are the guardians of civilization (supporters of communal ideas of all sorts, and at whatever expense).

Perhaps this is where their idea of moral superiority comes from, having a really good sense of navigation among masses of people. This may have been a byproduct of the survival methods they used while in multitude of exiles - always semi-nomadic, but adaptable, in which humanism acted as a master key which opened all the doors, but mostly, that enabled their own survival in changing environments.

So, I wonder, what would have happened to Greeks if they’ve have been exiled like the Jews? Would they choose to continue to live on in an altered form, or choose to disappear instead in an unadulterated form? It is actually an interesting historical topic in and of itself (changing identities).

Greeks would act like Stan Lee. Stan Lee says he’s a jew but his behaviors are more Greek to me.

I think every people ought to have the right to determine their worldview, no matter how irrational it may be.
