Is the opposite of ‘reify’ really ‘disembody’? If not, then what?
In what context are you using/wanting to use these as antonyms? I suppose they could be, in a round about way. I don’t think they’re explicit antonyms.
I guess it’s just a bit of a puzzle for me - I’m not writing a paper or anything. If an unconscious reification process is a conceptual mistake, then the opposite would be to not make that mistake in the first place, rather than to make an even bigger mistake.
Is there a word that means not making that specific mistake in the first place? I suppose there’s not, or the thesaurus would list it.
I know this is more complex than it has to be, but that’s the way I roll sometimes. 
I was kind of interested in the creative ways someone might answer the question, but I suppose it’s a bit too mysterious or obvious, depending on how it’s approached.
