I’ve been playing around with some pro 3D software (for fun) and building a simple Mars rover as an exercise in 3D drawing. It’s made me realise the amount of work that went into that video… phew!! You’d have to sell quite a few NIN CDs to get that back if they created it from scratch.

I was impressed at the physics of the movie. Everything had a really good weight to it. That’s one of the most difficult things to do in any imagination is to give weight to the weightless.
On a related note, Trent Reznor is a god.
