This is some of the best music and the best lyrics I’ve heard in years. The Ziggurat is a concept album about two kids, Random Boy and Kid Tronic, living in the titular airborne arcology in the future and their adventures in virtual reality. Slipped into this story are some uncompromising ‘stories with a moral’, telling you “how to become a better person”. Do yourself a favour and download ‘A Thousand Miles’ here. This is what hip-hop is meant to be, a hard-hitting, intelligent, “incredibly dangerous communicative artform”
