Just Breathe - It Doesn't Matter If You're Ashamed... Do It.

Our hearts beat 25,920 times on average per 24 hour period.

25,920/60 = 432.

There are 60 seconds.

There are 60 minutes.

Our hearts beat every day for us… without missing a beat. When it becomes irritated, it changes tempo to slow itself down or to speed itself up - it adapts - it does not give up. Even though the body could still live if a beat was missed, the heart keeps on beating to give us its VIP access to health for free. Whereas we fall asleep at the wheel with our vehicle scraping against the railing; tearing away at the body of the car in the same way we tear away at ourselves. Listen to your heartbeat, take a deep breath, let go of the stress and steer away from defeat… Keeping your eyes on the road smooths your life, while distracting yourself dooms your life.

We make friends as a child because that’s when we lived life before we reduced ourselves to our lies and trite. Calling yourself an adult is a disease; when we were young we were already happy; we only wanted to be an adult because we were angry. It was the abuse of power and control - wanting to be an adult is a vice that reeks with vengeance and vitriol. Find your inner child before the mask you wear finds you vile; kill what is prideful and douse yourself from your wrath’s fire.

You have a choice: Let the fire control you and become the scorpion that stings itself to death; or take control of the fire to become the phoenix that can reborn itself under its breath. It is fire which feeds on oxygen; your heart is a friend of oxygen; to choose fire is to choose death; oxygen cannot survive without air that is fresh. Are you going to rise? Or is this fire going to rise for you and without you through the forms of smoke filling your chest?
