You make up a definition for a word that is not correct but 1) hopefully funny 2) based on puns, weird takes on etymology
For example…
Topology Noun
A convoluted admission of error or moral wrongdoing.
circumstance–the position for circular arguments.
One I liked:
Reality: An annoying time between sleep and the internet.
Shower: a small, personal concert hall.
Calories: a force in physics that tends to shrink clothes.
Marriage: a speculative financial term where you risk half of your assets on the expectation that you and your partner will remain the same forever.
Fun: something gained at the expense of others
