What's for breakfast?

A green tea, and a calcium and multi vit & min tablets.

Pancakes and fruit. Very late breakfast, was up until dawn. Coffee, sun.

I sometimes eat a plate of spaghetti for breakfast and lots or sauce. I love sauce - when I know I’m going to have a stressful busy day at work.

I haven’t eaten anything all day. I think I’m going to get the local take out delivery service to bring my a bucket of fried chicken.

Chicken

(breakfast is the most difficult meal for me, so I just tend to go for brunch… I miss easy-to-go-to cereal)

You certainly do like your chicken. I think that from here one end I shall call you “chick” Ferguson.

Chicken again.

No… I don’t. Only restaurants in my neighborhood are a KFC, Long Johns, a Japanese Hibachi (too expensive for me), Chinese restaurant (I can afford it, Seseme chicken, their Mongolian beef sucks for some reason) and some very nasty Irish Food, patties made from Cigarette filters or some shit… will not eat there. We also have 1 Papa Johns.

So Mon-Tues I can eat 7.99 pizza at PPJs, or the rest of the week I can eat… chicken.

A few miles away, I can eat more variety. I have mentioned we ousted the local and state governments, used to be solidly Democrats, now more conservative leaning… within the last year, we have had a factory taking over a abandoned Steel Admin Building (using storage areas)that Bill Clinton closed down, then a Plaza just got built (Panera’s bread, and something called 5 Guys Burgers), and a old Burger King and Ponderosa simultaneously closed down and are being rebuilt to become a Taco Bell and a Dairy Queen.

This is deeply unusual, because since I was a teenager, the old Democratic regime never allowed any new business to open up, unless it was a casino. We lost out on a mall, because the SOBs wouldn’t allow it… but Walmart strong armed itself into that spot (likely just bribed)… stayed in a useless spot for ten years, then moved to a better spot not far… this is where the plaza is now, in it’s parking lot… we got the mall in the end, piece by piece… we lost out on a tire business, movie theater.

Nobody knows why they were blocking everything. Just all of a sudden, they allowed it… shit came pouring in. Not to my neighborhood yet, but the one nearby, a few mile hike uphill. Fucking unbelievable.

Once I start working out in PA, I will just be eating at Qdoba’s or Golden Corral each day, maybe Lamb and Gyros. I’m sick of chicken.

There is a romor going around they only allowed these businesses because they needed to launder money. Our old mayor tried to make off with millions. Only businesses we got for years were casinos. I pass a former dairy queen today that is now a Casino, both of them were turned into these sleeze joints. I’m surprised they haven’t converted Ice Cream Trucks into portable slot machines… stop on street corners so people can gamble, loose their cash, truck moves on playing it’s song till more people rush out to play. Within 500 yards of where I’m sitting, in a KFC in a residential zone, I have 12/13 casinos nearby. They have done wonders to revieve our poverty! Thanks Billary Clinton… I can’t wait for Bill Clinton, Hillary’s Poverty Czar to show up here, recalling he bancrupted the region, and note jobs are going wonderful here… lots of casinos everywhere! Play the slots, slap some waitress on the ass, move on to another region of the country he wrecked. Hope he likes Chicken.

And only while being in Europe. Tomorrow: back to realitym

Yes, breakfast.

It looks yummy but if I were you, Steve, I would definitely have an EKG.
You know that I worry about you.

I had a bowl of corn flakes and a banana for breakfast. Nothing much to talk about there, is there?

Today’s breakfast, more fucking chicken. At least they say it is.

What is the brown stuff? It looks like a woman’s face with some kind of amphibian being eating at her face.

French Fries.

Was at least

This image was the brown image?!
Makes one realize just how distorted our perceptions can be when a bit of light is shed on the topic.

Yes, sometimes a closer look at the things we overlooked the first time around can reveal a lot to us, both about ourselves and the world around us. This is what it means to become wiser as we age.

 Where did that come from? The words weren’t there before?
Sometimes what we also need is a more panoramic or in this case, a more vertical vision of what IS there which we just aren’t seeing. We need to become aware of that “blind spot”.

Taking that closer look can also be great fun. It can be compared to the paper games which restaurants give out to children to keep them occupied - you know, finding the things in the pictures which aren’t where they usually are.

It’s all a process but as long as we’re reflecting or looking back on we’re discovering more about ourselves.
I’ve barely touched the surface of me. Well, that’s not true. I’ve done some deep sea diving. I’m actually a lot more interesting to myself than I would appear to others. I’m a pirate in uncharted waters.
