The Ongoing Myth Of Human Morality And Ethics.

So far, about morals, I know only that what is moral is what you feel good after and what is immoral is what you feel bad after.”
― Ernest Hemingway, Death in the Afternoon

We’re suppose to base things on feelings? I feel the need to ignore your sniveling bullshit quote on morality. What if the person doesn’t feel bad? What if they feel good in everything they do even amongst things that others feel is bad?

“Here is your country. Cherish these natural wonders, cherish the natural resources, cherish the history and romance as a sacred heritage, for your children and your children’s children. Do not let selfish men or greedy interests skin your country of its beauty, its riches or its romance.”
― Theodore Roosevelt

Well, that didn’t stop the United States becoming a complete utter hellhole in 2016, did it dipshit?

theguardian.com/science/201 … altruistic

I’m not sure about the world, but altruism in any form, was inherited from other animals, it didn’t come to animals from humans.
As such, all human nature can be traced back to animal natures.

Even though I believe in goodness i don’t think commoners deserve special treatment.
Gratifying mankind is another matter.
Non parasitic life forms are supposed to be self sustaining.

“Do you really mean to tell me the only reason you try to be good is to gain God’s approval and reward, or to avoid his disapproval and punishment? That’s not morality, that’s just sucking up, apple-polishing, looking over your shoulder at the great surveillance camera in the sky, or the still small wiretap inside your head, monitoring your every move, even your every base though.”
― Richard Dawkins, The God Delusion

You know, for an atheist it’s interesting that while you reject a god in the sky you’re easily swayed to embrace a god here on earth called government which you naively believe reasonable men can manage or lead.

Special treatment?

In the greater scheme of the universe we’re all trapped in a symbiotic parasitical existence.

bureaucracy is the basis of Canadian government.
It is elitism, but very sly in form. hard to tell.

A “specialist” such as a doctor or police man gets certain privileges / responsibilities, which are not held by common people.

We are a group run by specialists and semi free mega business entities.
We also have spiritual anarchy, in that all these money and brainwash religions exist without any moderation.

“Do not be deceived: bad company corrupts good morals.”
― Anonymous, Holy Bible: King James Version

The worse kind of company are moral hypocrites who in their hypocrisy or contradictive behaviors and actions are real deceivers.

I really don’t like the idea of life depending upon its own destruction.

All that tells me is that privileges of power exists.

All of the universe revolves around creation and destruction.

The system : It’s failing, but the most free entities of humanity are the big businesses.
They sell crumbs.

And so are responsible for the rise of technology, in a few ways at least.

Technology will probably destroy mankind eventually, but on the way there, a lot will be done.
What do you think about AI?

“It seems to me that the idea of a personal God is an anthropological concept which I cannot take seriously. I also cannot imagine some will or goal outside the human sphere… Science has been charged with undermining morality, but the charge is unjust. A man’s ethical behavior should be based effectually on sympathy, education, and social ties and needs; no religious basis is necessary. Man would indeed be in a poor way if he had to be restrained by fear of punishment and hope of reward after death.”
― Albert Einstein

This coming from the man that initiated the Einstein-Szilard letter that was the platform for the Manhattan Project…

How many Japanese civilians died in Nagasaki and Hiroshima?

And what does that say about a majority of human beings that remain idle and do nothing letting it happen?

They are on the surface human, but inside are not even real.

“How can one be well…when one suffers morally?”
― Leo Tolstoy, War and Peace

The fact that one can suffer morally might shed light that they were in error embracing morality in the first place.

Not even real? Explain. How about all too human?

Real as in : naturally authentic.
Poodles vs Wolves.
A real human would have been quite the thing, long ago.

Hmm…I think that I’m following along with you.

Can you be more specific and less vague?
