Sounds like adrenal fatigue.

I’d definitely call them my own, but I’d prefer I didn’t have to…

Only 8 and 9 apply to me… prolonged fatigue and sensitive to bright light, the remainder have rarely ever applied to me so adrenal fatigue might occur somewhere along the chronic fatigue journey.

Every day feels: hitting that wall daily… and when the day has only just begun at that…

Hello, Mags. I make a proposal: the “steepest climbing race” as the “steepest running race”.

…that’s climbing, not running, so it doesn’t represent my every day feels… ya feel me?

You partaken in rock climbing before? I have been watching a documentary series about the world’s mountain ranges… fascinating stuff, as I’ve always preferred Geography to History.

I was joking a bit. You are right, it is more like climbing, of course.

Oh, yes.

I like climbing very much.

And after climbing something like this.

I am not genetically built for rock climbing… nor long distance running… nor much else come to that.

What is it about climbing that you like? the challenge? I will stand at the bottom and wait for you to finish… coz I don’t do climbing bay-bay… and I don’t do heights either.

An Apres-climb meal? just like one needs an Apres-ski after hitting the slopes… so climbing burns a tonne of calories? How often can one climb realistically?
