That statement presumes some kind of self, and in order to justify that presumption, you’ll have to talk more, and then I’ll get you with the inductive fallacy or something else really general like that.
If the only problem is his self then that’s justified, since if it was not for his self he couldn’t have written that message.

I don’t need to argue anybody, ever. All I need to say is that somebody’s position is ridiculous and I don’t want to indulge it. And I win instantly. Aren’t I just super awesome like that?
The best tactic to use if an opponent argues a controversial yet valid position but you can’t address his argument properly and know you’ll get your ass handed to you. You may even fool some dimwits to think an appeal to ridicule is a good argument.
